At Voxor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here is everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

1. Your Cancellation Right

Customers have a 30-day cancellation right following receipt of goods, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

2. How to Request a Return

Return requests must be submitted to support@voxorring.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

3. Return Condition

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Rings that show signs of wear may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item proves faulty or incorrect, in which case Voxor will cover the cost.

5. Return Address

Our returns processing centre operates outside the UK, with an international return address provided upon approval. You must wait for our confirmation email before sending any product back.

6. Non-Refundable Costs

International return shipping expenses, customs fees, or import charges are non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after our team has received and inspected the returned item, or when a returnless or partial refund arrangement has been agreed.

8. Partial Refunds

Voxor reserves discretion to offer partial refunds or refunds without return where return shipping is impractical or disproportionate to the value of the item.
