Every VOXOR Pro ring carries a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Here is how it works and how to make a claim.

Coverage Period

  • 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase
  • Covers manufacturing defects only
  • Claims must be made within 14 days of noticing the issue

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, email support@voxorring.co.uk with the following:

  • Order number
  • Full name and shipping address
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Our support team will review your claim and contact you with next steps within 2–3 business days.

Documentation Requirements

Warranty claims can only be processed if clear, complete photos or videos of the product are provided. Blurry or low-quality evidence may delay or invalidate claims.

Warranty for Gifts

If the VOXOR was purchased as a gift, the recipient may claim warranty only with access to the original purchaser's details:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Shipping address
  • Invoice or receipt details

Details must match the original purchase information.

Limitations & Exclusions

The warranty excludes:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Improper handling, unauthorised repairs, or liquid exposure beyond the IP68 water resistance rating
  • Consequential or indirect damages

The VOXOR Pro is a smart ring intended for general wellness and fitness tracking purposes only and is not a medical device.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty does not affect statutory UK consumer protection rights. Customers retain legal entitlements for repair, replacement, refund, or compensation under UK consumer law.
