Track your order

Once your VOXOR has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use it on your courier's website to follow the delivery in real time.

How to track

  1. Open the dispatch confirmation email we sent after your order was packed.
  2. Copy the tracking number provided (format varies by courier).
  3. Paste it into the tracking tool of the courier indicated in the email.

UK couriers we use

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 — most UK orders
  • DPD Local — priority shipping
  • Evri — selected regions

Your dispatch email will tell you exactly which carrier is handling your parcel.

Delivery timeframes

  • Free Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days from dispatch
  • Priority Shipping — 4–6 business days from dispatch

Estimated times begin from the date your order is shipped, not from the date it was placed. Processing typically adds 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Tracking not updating?

Couriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to register the first scan after pickup. If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of receiving the dispatch email, please contact support@voxorring.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.
