2. Orders & Contract Formation

2.1 All products displayed are non-binding offers.

2.2 Placing an order and clicking "Pay Now" constitutes a binding purchase offer.

2.3 A purchase contract concludes once an order confirmation is sent or goods are dispatched.

2.4 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information including name, address, email, and payment details.

3. Prices, Payments & Taxes

3.1 Displayed prices include applicable UK VAT where relevant.

3.4 Completing a purchase authorises Voxor and logistics partners to act as your representative in customs clearance if required.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Free standard shipping within the UK takes 5–8 business days; optional priority shipping takes 4–6 business days.

4.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs clearance.

4.3 Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order reaches the carrier.

4.4 Voxor does not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by the Returns & Refunds Policy, forming an integral part of these Terms.

5.1 Customers have 30 days from receipt of goods to request a return.

5.2 Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

5.3 Customers pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5.4 Refunds issue to the original payment method after returned goods are received and inspected.

6. Warranty

6.1 Voxor products carry a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

6.2 Warranty claims require the order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.

6.3 This warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, and unauthorised modifications.

6.4 Statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Customer Obligations

7.1 Users agree not to misuse the site or products.

7.2 Providing false information may result in cancellation, liability for damages, or service refusal.

8. Limitation of Liability
